By utilizing the DiffStack utility, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If these conditions are not acceptable to you, please terminate your use of this tool immediately.
02. Usage License
DiffStack grants you a non-exclusive license to use the comparison engine for both personal and professional data processing. This utility is provided for your convenience without transfer of ownership.
03. Your Content
You retain all rights to any text or code you compare with DiffStack. Because comparisons are processed entirely in your browser, we never receive, store, or claim any rights over that content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the content you paste into the tool.
04. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt or overload the site, probing or circumventing its security, sending spam or automated abuse through the contact form, or using the tool in connection with unlawful activity.
05. No Warranty
This software is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of functionality or fitness for specific data types.
06. Liability
Under no circumstances shall DiffStack be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this comparison utility. Always keep your own copies of important content; the tool is not a storage or backup service.
07. Service Availability
The service is provided free of charge, and we may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice. We are not obligated to provide support, updates, or continued availability.
08. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the revision date below. Continued use of the tool after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
